From my first introduction to Snug they’ve been excellent and very reasonably priced From day 1 they cared protected my property my conservatory is my lounge It was a completed conservatory roof re-build tackled professionally by Andy and Andrew Nothing was too much trouble Even battling terrible weather conditions Advice was given re lighting by Josh competently The plasterer Steve was brilliant They were there at the end of the phone to answer all my questions Can highly recommend this company and their work extremely pleased with the end result Thank you

Snug replaced my conservatory a few years ago Since then there have been a couple small issues On each occasion the issues have been dealt with quickly I highly recommend Snug for their original install and after sales

We chose Snug Conservatory Solutions to replace our old conservatory with a larger one, and they were fantastic from start to finish. John kept us informed throughout, answered every question, and made the whole process stress-free. The team worked efficiently, from demolition and groundwork to installation and finishing touches. The workmanship is excellent, communication was outstanding, and we're delighted with the end result. Highly recommend - 10/10 service!

Could not fault them. From consultation to actually carrying the work out, it was brilliantly executed. The roof worker Andy was excellent, so was the electrician and plasterer. We have a fairly large conservatory and it was all done within 4/5 days. We’ve been lucky enough to get extreme cold and hot weather since the new roof was installed and we can really feel the difference having an insulated roof makes.

A very good experience having the guys here changing our polycarbonate to solid roof. This will aid us in the future I do believe and the room has been used more since completion. The guys were very professional in all their work and it was a pleasure to host them. All work was carried out to a more than satisfactory conclusion and they were well deserved of their tea and coffee!! Thank you guys and also John and Ian for organising all that was required.
