When my boiler stopped working I struggled to find someone who would be available at such short notice. Carwyn arrived the same evening that I called which was amazing! He was so friendly and professional. I don’t know much about boilers, so he explained everything to me which was great. I would definitely use Snug Services again and highly recommend Carwyn to others!

Snug Services came out to a hot water issue I had with my combi boiler. They were very polite and clean and will be using them for any future issues. I was very impressed!!

I called Snug for an emergency boiler repair in Godalming and they were fantastic. Managed to squeeze me into their very busy day, identified the problem quickly, ordered the relevant parts, and fixed it all the next day. Very nice guys too with excellent customer service. Can highly recommend.
