  The guys were beyond brilliant! So courteous, took their shoes off, methodical, and the attention detail was incredible. I would 100% recommend Snug windows to anyone, in fact they are definitely in line to replace all my house windows. Turned up on time and kept communication open on the run up to them coming. Superb!

  Absolutely first class job all round from the guys at Snug Windows. The landing window had been badly fitted previously but they did a good and tidy job in removing and replacing it and repairing the necessary damage to the render. The wooden window repair is amazing - you'd never know there had been a problem. And its a joy to be able to open my kitchen doors properly now they have sorted them out. They are very punctual and actually called to let me know they'd been held up. Very tidy and pleasant workers.

• Faulty bifolding doors

  Our bifolding doors in the kitchen were faulty. They were getting jammed half way, also the main door would not fully close. I contacted snug windows to see if they could help as we hoped we wouldn’t need to replace them completely. They came out to us within a couple of days, assessed the issues and reassured us that they could resolve the issues without having to fully replace all the doors. They have been out this morning, the doors are literally like brand new, they also replaced the seals for us. The price was really reasonable considering the amount of work involved, definitely recommend
