They came highly recommended by relatives already, so we were confident from the outset that we would be getting great service. Ray initially came out and ran through the options at various price points with us along with his recommendation of a setup which would satisfy our requirements of a good flow rate / compatibility with combi boiler. Any questions we have had on the installation have been answered very quickly and the workmanship of the final commissioning of our system is excellent. Highly recommended.

Ray is a very experienced engineer. He introduced a good water softener, though quite expensive, and explained the detailed installation method clearly. His work was excellent and the place was kept tidy after installation. Highly recommended.

Quality from start to finish! Tricky install in void to save space in kitchen. Very professional approach to the project, eager to review the options and take on the unusual install location. We ordered a water softener, after talking to a neighbour who recommended this company. The softener was installed perfectly, and on time, and with very thorough attention to detail. We had a particular problem with the drainage from the back of the garage, but Ray went above and beyond in fixing it for us, within the cost envelope, and with a great finish. We are delighted with the softener, and we are happy to recommend Ray without reservation.
