What an absolute pleasure to have Softflow Water Softeners install my TwinTec Cobalt water softener. Ben and Matt are extremely knowledgeable, and as a second-generation family business their expertise really shows. Ben explained the installation and how the softener works, even replacing my broken stopcock and a tile that had to be removed during the job. The office staff are also friendly, helpful and followed up after installation to check everything was working well. We are considering renovating our bathrooms and in discussion with the builder it was suggested we should consider a water softener, as we have a lot of limescale. Did a quick google search for a local company to fit a Harvey mini curve, and Softflow were well recommended. Mathew came out did a survey, gave a price on the spot and a fitting date. Very pleased to date, so much nicer having a shower with soft water. We did have a minor problem with the App, Softflow came out next day and sorted it out. Great service, nice people to deal with, wish all companies were like this.
