I was extremely happy and impressed with the service I received from start to finish. The work carried out was extremely neat and tidy. There was no pushy sales mentality, just really good advice, and guidance. Everything was faultless and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again. I’m also loving the soft water after making do with hard water for so long, what a difference it makes.

Identified the problem and explained the cost of repair. The new part was fitted and the system tested. Very pleased with the result.

We had John from softoption call on us yesterday, to fit a water softener. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly. I couldn't find anything to complain about him. When he finished his work , he cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed the kitchen floor. He the explained how water softener worked and even set up a app on my mobile for me so I could keep a check on its working. I would also recommend to anyone who requires a water softener.

The benefit of a water softener was comprehensively explained. A choice of models was offered. The fitting included an additional (filtered) hard water tap for any necessary occasions. The result was delivery of perfectly soft water in what is a very hard water area. All limescale and marking has since been eradicated. The installation price was very competitive and ongoing service support and supply of salt was offered. Highly recommended for anyone considering the benefit of having soft water installed.
