The owner Simon made excellent recommendations for our install and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. John our installer was careful and skilful in his approach and did an excellent job. The whole team at Soft Options are great to deal with and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent installation. John put a new softener in an awkward corner unit and adjusted all the shelf space to preserve as much storage as possible. Plumbing works were neat and compact with no braided hoses going everywhere. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Timely, professional & tidy from initial visit to completion of installation.

We had a visit and a quote very quickly. We didn’t then have to wait many weeks before their employee came and fitted in our new water softener. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and quickly even though plumbing had to be altered too. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Now a couple of months down the line I am still delighted with the water softener. They are quite local too and at the end of the phone if I have any problem. Also their quote was reasonable and they were able to do the work quickly .((one company told me I would have to wait until after December .)Brilliant

Wow! What a great company, Simon came to my house to price the job up. No hard sale, we quickly identified which softener was best for me. He’s a top guy, really took his time. The price was incredibly competitive. The lad that came to fit the softener was brilliant as well, made hardly any mess & took real pride in his work. Again, he took the time to talk me through what he had done etc. The pipework was super neat which meant I lost hardly any cupboard space under my sink. I never write reviews, however I felt compelled in this instance. A real delight to spend my money with SoftOptions!
