  Although the representative was very courteous, nice and professional, the quote took a long time to arrive and at a wrong price. It was too expensive and was just out of touch of the market.

  Had soft step come rip out my old carpet and underlay and fit new The men was really helpful and seemed like a great bunch hard working guys i liked the fact that the I was able to negotiate the price and have a deal as the other quotes I got was fixed quotes and would not budge Would definitely be using again in the future

  NEW UNDERLAY AND CARPET FITTED

  I’m really happy with the carpet that soft step supplied and fitted for my bungalow home They was that good I recommended them to my parents and they was happy with the results to The soft step team was friendly and polite and I could really trust them in my home I did get other quotes and I found that soft step was the cheapest and I did not regret my decision Thanks guys x
