From start to finish Soft Touch Water Softeners made the whole process very simple, and provided a lot of information. My installation was a little more complex than normal but the installer handled it perfectly and the final result was exactly as planned on the first survey visit. Really good family run business. I was booked in straight away and they turned up on time. Nathen was excellent engineer , he new what was wrong and replaced our old unit. Best price quote from four companies. Have since rang me twice to check everything is going ok. Provided the salt and regular deliveries when needed
