Steve came round and looked at my old water softener which was not working - tried to fix it but it just needed a new one - was 12 years old. When he did the installation he found a ton of problems left by the previous plumber, but corrected everything at no cost spending a fair chunk of additional time here. Steve is honest, polite, courteous and super professional. I will buy a water purifier from him also...

Steve was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly to messages, arrived exactly when he said he would, and took the time to explain the different options available along with the benefits of each, which made it easy to choose the right system. On the installation day, he was punctual, clean, and worked very efficiently. The installation looks very tidy and everything was left spotless after I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend soft water solutions to anyone thinking about a water softener or boiling tap installation

Our softwater system together with a Qettle tap was installed swiftly overcoming the tight space our kitchen units offered. The workmanship was of excellent quality & we have been delighted by the service Steve has provided from initial enquiry to post completion. Wonderful to have a problem free service & installation in a world where this now seems quite rare.

Steve did a wonderful job of supplying and installing our new water softener. From coming out to survey the house and quote to install was really quick. Lovely friendly guy who we will look forward to having back for servicing and supply of salt in the future!

Steve did a wonderful job repairing my ecowater softener. He is very knowledgeable, had all the spare parts needed with him and completed the job to a high standard. I will definitely be calling him again if needed for anything in future!

Steve did an excellent job installing a Kinetico water softener and a Qettle boiling and filtered water tap. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. His plumbing work was very neat and thorough, with minimal disruption. We are very pleased with the completed installation. Would highly recommend.
