Steve was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly to messages, arrived exactly when he said he would, and took the time to explain the different options available along with the benefits of each, which made it easy to choose the right system. On the installation day, he was punctual, clean, and worked very efficiently. The installation looks very tidy and everything was left spotless after I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend soft water solutions to anyone thinking about a water softener or boiling tap installation

Our softwater system together with a Qettle tap was installed swiftly overcoming the tight space our kitchen units offered. The workmanship was of excellent quality & we have been delighted by the service Steve has provided from initial enquiry to post completion.
