6 Solar Panel Installation

Support after installation/ warranty
I was happy with the installation in 2021 (apart from having to wait months for the paperwork required for the feed-in tariff. My warranty states that”our job doesn’t end with the installation” but that’s not my experience. I’m not yet five years after the installation and the inverter has developed a fault. Subsequently the whole system is down. I reported the fault 13 days ago and it was agreed that an engineer must call. I’ve not been able to get any confirmation of when this will be. I’ve made contact daily but to no avail. It appears that they no longer cover my area! My advice, AVOIDJob location: SA38.67 Solar Panel Installation

Encouraging and Cultivate
A superb quality and great customer service was delivered by Mr. Shah. Very confident, supportive and knowledgeable. Electricians were good communicative and very speedy with the set up. Heads-up, will recommend to get the roof checked before hand, to prove the strength of the tiles, to steer clear of additional cost. I had to redo few of my tiles, Jamie did the job professionally!!
