Very good service at a fair price

Great team, really knowledgeable. Helped us with an existing heat pump + solar heating system when we moved into our new house. Really nice engineer

Very efficient service. Engineer arrived promptly and quickly identified the source of the problem - a failed controller box which he was able to replace on the spot and then carried out a full serivice of the system which is now working well.

The engineer arrived on the appointed day and carried out the work that I had requested. However he came across as being arrogant and dismissive. He also modified my solar hot water system without consulting me. Having gone on at length about the problem of bubbles in the system he deactivated the deaerator which is supposed to remove them without asking me first.

Contacted them through Checkatrade as could not find anyone local who could do the work required. Their customer services were excellent was able to get a suitable appointment, Steve came today and serviced the solar thermal and replaced a broken part within an hour. Very reasonable price and excellent service.
