My bad experience with Solarguards employees
ON 4/3/24 they came with a team and made a good start,I had buis. to attend to,I paid them,when I returned they had walked off the job. 10/3/24 the Teamleader came scraped moss on roof left it there it rained over night and re establised its self. Team came in June said there was to much work for them to do and left sending photos to the manager.I had to post a review before they would come again.Team came again in nov 2024,they removed the moss from front roof told me they had removed all the moss from the rear,Sent photos to prop to show they havent,but no reply from him .

They were very curtious and carefull got on with the job and worked very hard and cleaned the roof on our block of flats to the best of their ability.

I had my solar panels cleaned.
This company provided a prompt and efficient service. priced competitively. The team of three who carried out the clean, were efficient and thorough, successfully ridding me of a pigeon problem. I would not hesitate to use this business again or to recommend them to friends and neighbours .
