Solar therm give good advice and deliver
After my full system had been fitted very quickly neatly and professionally. It is working very well with good performance. I asked for an extra battery which has been fitted again as above and has inharnsed the performance. Five star experience.

Performing well.
Solartherm designed supplied and fitted my solar panels. In retrospect they should have recommended bird guards and I had to have them retrofitted with the added cost of scaffolding. They are performing well. More recently they have supplied and fitted a storage battery and this is also performing well. Whenever there has been a problem, it has been resolved.

Renewal of Solar Panel inverter
First class from Hilary who took me through all aspects of job Louie who came at fitted ot was very polite, took his boots off as soon as he came in, was very efficient and and cleared up. Only problem mis with Accounts I still have not recieved an invoice, although I have requested it about 4 times . I paid for the work done same day as installation it's now a month since it was done.

Solar panel installation
We recently had 11 new solar panels, an inverter and batteries installed by SolarTherm UK. I was really impressed with the service from before the quote, the quote, the installation and post-installation support. I would highly recommend the firm, the products they provide and the individuals involved. From the very beginning of my discussions I found them to be proactive, professional and also flexible to my needs. Initially Hilary, assisted with scoping and what could be done, then Lily took this forward to ensure all of our specific needs were met.

Fixing internet connection
Extremely helpful over the phone & easy to get hold of someone to actually speak to.! The staff who came were helpful & courteous & sorted out re connecting me to the internet which I had been unable to.
