Service existing CCTV
Jodey came to my address at a pre arranged time to rectify a small issue I was having, he was prompt and professional as always. He checked and serviced the pre installed CCTV system and with no fuss the job was completed. I would thoroughly recommend Solent fire and security Ltd

Installation of fire system for new cattery build
Solent Fire already service our animal centre and we have always found them really professional and helpful. We are currently in the middle of a new cattery build and they working to ensure that all the correct fire systems are in place. A really approachable firm who are always there to support and guide. Would definitely recommend them.

Priceless advice over the phone
I’ve just dropped some biscuits off to Jodey, because that how things work, after he gave me some advice over the phone last week. Our alarm box started screeching intermittently like a Geiger counter and of course it was in the middle of the night!! The next morning Jodey told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem, not once did he suggest he would ‘have to send an engineer’ or mention a call out fee!! In this quick phone call he solved the problem and saved me well over £100 that another company would have happily taken out off my wallet. Thank you, Jodey

Visited and discussed our needs but no quote.
Jodey Watts visited us on Tuesday 26th July 2022. We discussed our needs and showed him round our home. He took notes and said he would give us a quote. We have heard nothing more from him. I do wish if someone doesn't want the job, they would actually say its not their type of job and not leave you hanging.
