It took 18 months of constant chasing leading up to our warranty expiring in September 2025 just to get this company to address a long list of repairs.
Service manager Joe is impossible to get hold of or pin down. Communication is a total black hole.
They claimed to have fixed a jammed window, but it is still jammed shut in this scorching weather. They were also supposed to replace a large blown lounge bay panel before Christmas. I emailed Joe in May 2026 to chase this, but months later, I have received zero response.
Once they have your money, they do not care.
Avoid this company.

It is always disappointing when the company values are not upheld, and we can see on this occasion that this was not the case.
We would like to add that although we have not lived up to the customers' expectations, we, as a company, care about our customers and continue to work with them to resolve any issues that may arise.
We also acknowledge that despite our visits, there are some remedials still outstanding which we will address and continue to work with the customer despite the warranty issue, until a satisfactory resolve is met.
