Solents Refurbishments were tasked with installing a new downstairs Cloakroom. The original concept was to dig and connect to the existing outside drainage - connections were not possible due to the original drainage layout.However, they provided us with an alternative Saniflo System - this involved very challenging pipework runs through the house. The result was excellent and carried out to the original quote despite much additional work. We were so pleased with the work that we have tasked Solent Refurbishments to undertake additional work to convert our bathroom into a Shower Room.

This long over due review. They come out to fit a new floor as the tiles we had down had broken. When the tiles came up Solent saw that the floor boards had rotted. Solent had discovered that the loo was leaking from the company who had fitted it. So the job had become twice as big. Solent cut out the damaged and replaced half the bathroom floor. I can put in to words how good they are. They went above and beyond what they had to do. 1st class company and I can’t honestly recommend them enough. Thank you for the amazing job you have done
