Excellent service from start to finish. Simon moved our BT master socket efficiently and professionally, taking care to ensure everything was neatly installed and working correctly before leaving. They were friendly, knowledgeable and left the area clean and tidy. I would happily recommend them.

Installation of Ethernet ports in 2 Bedrooms with connection to main router.

I had been having a problem with my landline for a few months and had given up on BT. I telephoned Simon and explained the situation and he was very knowledgeable and was sure he could fix the problem. He came the next working day very promptly and fixed the problem with my landline not working in my garden office. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite and professional. Diagnosed and fixed and gave me advice for the future when ViOP comes in. I can highly recommended Simon.

Simon arrived on time and carried out the work very quickly and professionally. He explained everything as he went along. We asked him to set up the new phone that we had purchased and he did this for us no problem. My mother is elderly and he was very considerate in how he explained everything to her.
