Highly recommended. Our home has very hard water which caused limescale buildup in the bathrooms and kitchen. In the worse cases blocked pipes. We contacted Solent Water Treatment for advice and they installed a water softener for us. The water throughout the house is now clean and soft. They also provided excellent maintenance advice and were able to reinstall the unit at short notice following our utility renovation. Extremely happy with the Service. Thank you.

Marc recently installed a water softener in our new house in the New Forest. Having only live here for a few months we could already see water damage from limescale on our units in the bathroom and kitchen. Marc arrived bang on time and completed the work to an exceptionally tidy level. The softener is already making a noticeable difference in the house and we couldn't recommend Solent Water more highly.

Booking and quote through Allison was friendly and efficient, Marc turned up on time, again friendly and efficient, did the job, gave some ongoing advice, serviced and then cleaned up the Water Softener leaving it looking like new. Charged exactly what was agreed. Highly recommended.

Mark did an excellent job. He installed a water softener for us, and overcome non standard fittings. He was also amenable to help out with some other issues while he was with us.
