Being of a “certain age” (late 70s) and not confident with computers, having my emails hacked and an ailing computer was a disaster. A telephone call to Solent Way Computers and a reassuring voice was what I wanted. Some days later I had a new computer, new monitor and the data had been recovered and installed on the new machine. Everything was clearly explained but not in a condescending way and a follow up online support session means that I have a new computer which I am able to use. Thank you Tyler.
