  Replaced a bathroom extractor fan, faulty down lights, an external light fitting and wall sockets

  I engaged the electrical company to replace a bathroom extractor fan, faulty down lights, an external light fitting and some broken wall sockets. Daniel who carried out the work did so in a very professional and diligent manner. The products used were of good quality and the site was left in a tidy condition. I would certainly use the company again and recommend them to friends and family.

  Instal new fusebox and instal new electric stove.

  Excellent service, professional too. Charlie was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at every stage in a friendly, not high handed, way. I would certainly use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

  Putting in an electrical point at the end of garden and expanding an existing socket from 2 to 4

  I had to chase up the electrician coming over to provide the quote on the day, chase up the quote sent via email as hasn’t received it and then on the day itself repeatedly chase up the electrician again as he was over 4 hours late. Different guy finally turned up, no knowledge of what he was supposed to be doing as this wasn’t on his list of jobs for the day and no apology. The work itself seems okay, quite neat and hasn’t blown up yet. Had to wait another month and a half for the minor works certificate to be emailed to me. My experience of this company was pretty shambolic, won’t use again!

  We are very confused and baffled by this review. We were invited by the client to quote for a job after he was disappointed by the quotation provided by another contractor. He informed us that this could be urgent, so we visited him to quote for the work on the next day, with an appointment for anytime in the afternoon. I do not understand how he could chase us up for this appointment, as it was flexible arrival time. We did call in the morning to make the appointment and arrived in the afternoon for the appointment. This all being within 24 hours of the initial enquiry. Similarly with his comments about the job: We turned up with the materials for the job on the van, showing that we did know what the job required, and we would not have been able to complete more than half-a-day’s job had we arrived over four hours late. While we recognise this customer we do not recognise his comments about the completion of the job. The customer has asked that we do not contact him, and therefore we can only reply to his review publicly on Checkatrade.

  Remedial work following five year electrical safety check in care home.

  Very prompt response to my initial message. Good communication to arrange date for work to be carried out. Work completed to an excellent standard and all electricians were professional while working in the care home.

  Rid solar panels of pigeons and their nests, check and clean panels, pigeon proof, instal new inverter

  Kieran carried out all the works in a very professional manner. In addition he took the time to show me how to register and access data on my panels via the computer. Good after care making sure I was happy and the panels were all working and no more pigeons!
