New chimney liner fitted

Restoration of chimney stack and stove.
Knowledgeable, reliable and up front. After numerous separate tradesman come to assess our chimney, all differed drastically from each other’s recommendations and quotes. Steve was the only one to tell us through the issues, possible solutions, recommendations and made everything clear and up front to us. Everything he said made sense and he left us with a greater knowledge of what needed to happen. Whilst doing the job, he kept us in the loop and was very reliable, ever when he himself was let down by suppliers; going out of his way to find suitable alternatives. Wood burner installation
Steve came out on a Saturday to look at our inherited log burner, which was smoking badly when we used it... Not ideal! He spent a good while explaining to us what was wrong with the installation, and how to fix it - and didn't charge us a penny for the visit. We ultimately decided to go with a new stove, and make the changes needed to the existing flue which would allow it to draw properly. Steve ended up driving half way across the country to fetch a key part he needed that failed to turn up in the post, and ended up fitting our stove when we were at work.
