Hi Nigel very disappointed you have left this false review. You called me because the diverter valve was broken and leaking and needed to be replaced, I replaced the part as requested. It was tested and working fine when I left. It turns out you also had an intermittent fault on the circuit board of the boiler. I got the specialist manufacturer fault finding book out of the van and actually showed you the voltages where wrong. You then asked me to provide you a quote for a new boiler which I did on the spot and you said you would let me know that’s where we left it. Very spiteful thing to do!
