Installation day was a breeze, the fitters arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and were unfailingly friendly throughout. They took great care in cleaning up afterwards, leaving our home spotless. What really stood out was their aftercare. A small adjustment was needed after installation, and they handled it promptly and without issue.

From our very first contact with Solihull Windows through to installation we have been very impressed with the service. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient and understood our requirements. We were kept well informed of timescales. The installation included bifold doors and a roof lantern which was satifactorily completed within timescales by very professional operatives.

When I rang up for the small non urgent remedial job, they fixed an appointment for the following morning. They arrived on time, dealt with the job efficiently and thoroughly, and remedied the slight problem. They tidied up fully afterwards.
