New brick and slate porch
I cannot rate Danny and Dean more highly. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, courteous. We were so pleased we asked them to undertake the work and the finished result is excellent. Despite horrendous weather including heavy rain and feezing temperatures, nothing was too much trouble, work was carried out with a smile to an excellent standard. Will be asking them back in a few months time to do some more work. If you want honest, reliable, very competitively priced a good finish and excellent communication, choose Somac.

Fitted customised loft hatch.
Very tidy work. They were brilliant. They discussed everything with us. Very courteous and a pleasure to have in the house.

Replace and upgrade damaged Fencing
Following earlier experience with SOMAC and experiencing damage to fencing in recent high wind, I asked them to quote for replacing 10 x 6'x6' panels and upgrading with the fitting of concrete gravel boards to improve appearance and durability. Excellent,speedy fitting - very pleased with both the result and the price. Thank you once again SOMAC - I have some more for you to do shortly!

Replacement of wooden flooring following water leak - including replacing floor tiles
I was so pleased that I chose SOMAC. I received a speedy response to my request for quotation and was visited just after the weekend. A very competitive quote was provided which was approved by my insurance company. In view of the nature of the damage Danny and Dean arrived promptly, removed the damaged flooring and kitchen unit and set about replacement. The work was undertaken speedily, with minimum disruption in our kitchen. They were polite, tidy and very helpful - including unblocking a drain following heavy rain (not requested, not expected and not charged for!). Excellent all round!

Curtain rail refit and repair
Danny arrived promptly at 1000hrs as agreed and got on with the job at hand (curtain rail repair and refit). Danny was engaging and helpful with guidance. I had my young son at home whilst he worked and Danny was really good with him too. I was impressed with Danny's work ethic and have since asked him to do some additional work for me.
