Price includes removal of the old sink and installation of the new sink to existing, standard plumbing connections. Additional work, such as moving pipework or installing new taps, will be quoted separately.

• Disconnecting and removing the old sink
• Connecting the new sink to existing water supply and waste pipes
• Sealing around the sink to prevent leaks
• Testing for leaks and ensuring proper drainage
• Basic plumbing fittings (washers, connectors etc.)

• New taps (unless agreed upon separately)
• Alterations to existing plumbing
• Disposal of the old sink (can be arranged for an additional fee)
• Surface preparation or tiling
• Supply of new sink (customer to provide)
