I was contacted, given quote, date and time of arrival (today around 11:00). No show, no call or contact for reason he did not show up. Extremely poor customer service, it only take a minute to send a text notification.

Excellent job, as a person who suffers from Anxiety was great to have people who did not cause extra stress.

Booked in, waited and waited and didn’t show up. When I rang he didn’t have any idea about the arrangement. Really disappointed as I’d waited a few days for the visit.

Very unprofessional, rude, very poor-quality work and inconsiderate. Demanding for payment for the work that has been completed. Using swearing words and I have proof of everything including the messages he sent to me. I had to block his number due to the upsetting messages that he continued to send over to me.

Came out within 2 hours and completed the work! Excellent service and work was a high standard! Thank you!
