Excellent service. They let me know in advance when they would arrive, which was very helpful and avoided waiting in all day. The chimney was swept efficiently, the job was done well, and everything was left clean and tidy with no mess. Would happily use them again.

Would recommend - turned up on time on agreed date, quick to quote, easy to contact to change date, *extremely* clean and tidy, worked quickly and barely any noise as I was working from home as they were working. they gave a clear receipt/ certificate of chimney sweeping as well and agreed to give me a reminder in a years time which I kinda need...

After trying other chimney sweeps and not even getting a response back, it was refreshing to organise for the guys to come out, sweep and check over two log burners. On the day they said they would, on time, and for the price they quoted, so I've now booked them in at the same time next year.

Very professional and thorough. They gave lots of helpfull informatiin and they will do a 12 month check in , which suits me well. A certificate was issued following safety checks.

Good communication. Punctual and keeping everything clean and tidy.
