I called yesterday afternoon and stated that there water coming from my toilet which was leaking into my ceiling. I was asked how urgent the job was and advised ideally sooner than later. I was given an estimate of before 7pm but Sunny arrived just before 5pm. The issue was identified which was more serious than we thought. We assumed that a corroded bolt needed replaced but a seal had also went. Sunny picked up the parts, fixed the issues and invoiced me quickly. Would highly recommended his service, I’ve even saved the number just incase.

Fitted a new siphon to the toilet but the work wasn’t carried out correctly and caused a leak in the flat below. He returned the day after, but this still didn’t fix the leak. Eventually it was fixed at a third attempt, but it had already caused damage to the flat below. Not a great experience. Communication was good, and he did come out as soon as he knew there was a leak, so it could have just been a bad day.

Company didn't bother turning up. It's so difficult to find a reliable tradesperson.

Very happy with my new tap and reseal. Would definitely recommend SO Plumbing and would use them again in the future. First photo is new tap and second is the before.

Had some van issues and cancelled the original agreed date & time but arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard 2nd time around.
