A very professional tradesmen. Once problem was identified the repair was quickly carried out. Friendly and knowledgable. Arrived 15 minutes after agreed time and I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know, a minor point but reason for not a perfect score.

Good service

The Engineer was most thorough in discussing the issue with the door before calling out. He arrived on time and quickly and efficiently went to work. He identified the issue with the door and appeared to be well prepared for any eventuality with regard to spare parts. He completed the works to a very high standard and ensured that the door operated correctly before leaving. Excellent job.
