First glance everything looked fine a lot of weeds gone but after having a closer look the borders had not been dug, and not one of the bushes had been trimmed. And a lot of weeds still very poor job. One quarter of the garden had not been touched at all! The men said to pay them not through Checkatrade which I thought a bit odd.

The gardener who came the same morning as my request, assessed the problem with his boss and me on face time. We discussed what they would do and gave me a quote. The Gardner came the next morning in appropriate protective clothing and within an hour had dug up the mature weeds and sprayed weedkiller on the seedlings. He was very polite and approachable. I was relieved to be rid of the problem weeds and very happy with the job
