Had my roof cleaned which caused severe leak and damage inside of the house, most likely due to angle of water used from down going up. To be sure once this already happened I asked James to do it again with rotary cleaner and no further leak happened. No offer received to rectify the damage, not even clean the mess caused inside of the house and no discount added. If I would do the job and I do cause damage to someone property at least I would offer to fix it or drop the agreed price down. It was raining before and after the job and no leak found.
