The steering column was replaced in October 2025. At the end of January 2026 (4 months later), the steering column failed again, and the clunking sound from before the repair returned. I contacted and messaged this company about this situation, but received no response, and it doesn't look like I will. I hope you read this review and reconsider choosing this company for your vehicle repair.
