Earl & his team have replaced my boiler, serviced it over the years, and carried out other work to install new radiators. I return to him each time because he is responsive and the work is carried out to a high standard. He has also helped me at short notice when I encountered a problem during my kitchen refurb. Further to linton’s claims a few days ago. ‘We care about our clients and do everything to ensure they are happy’ NOT IN MY EXOERIENCE DOES HE CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS, AND I FEEL HE HAS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE ME UNHAPPY. ‘Boiler replacement, power flush, mag filter and repair the faulty tank in your loft, along with 5 years free servicing. ‘ BROKEN CABINET SURROUNDING BLOLIER, BROKEN TILE ADJACENT CABINET. NO REPAIR TO NON-EXISTENT FAULTY TANK IN LOFT, TWO YEARS ONLY FREE SERVICING. WOULD APPEAR THAT ANY POWER FLUSH HAS CAUSED STRANGE NOISES FROM BOILER WHICH DID NOT EXIST IN OLD BOILER.

We had Earl from South City Heating come out to our property at short notice to repair a gas leak, and the service was excellent. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, fitted a new gas isolation tap, and also helped with a few additional requirements while he was here. Earl was professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable throughout. I would definitely recommend Earl and South City Heating for any heating work in your home. Thank You Martin Davis

Earl installed a new boiler for us. He was able to come and complete the job promptly and kept me very well informed about the job both before and during the installation.
