I have used SCB for several years, first for the yearly Boiler Service (always fantastic) and through a couple of boiler issues over time. Recently I required a radiator to be removed and replaced with one that would fit the space available. I’ll happily admit I was lost with how to organise and find a radiator that would be right, so they offered to help me pick one and then sourced and ordered one for me. They helped me pick a modern radiator that is just to my taste. They are always polite, kept the site clean and tidied up any mess before leaving. I would highly recommend SCB. 10/10

(New Boiler, thermostat, and heating system mods). Excellent products and service at a competitive price. You can only properly judge a company by the way they overcome problems.
