Andy and his team have been brilliant. They've worked on the planning, drainage and initial ground works of our extension. Andy has been attentive, kind and courteous throughout which, after having a very bad experience with previous builders, we really appreciate. Their work has been of a high standard and is being completed quickly. They're still yet to finish the whole project but we're very happy with the work so far which is on schedule and we have full confidence in their abilities.

He completely gutted and renovated the entire property, including the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, landing, electrics, and plumbing. The transformation is incredible and the finish is excellent throughout. The flat now looks completely renewed, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Andy and his team converted my garage into a workspace, redoing all the walls and electrics, painting, insulation, built in storage, ethernet connection. They were communicative and transparent throughout and accommodated any requests I had. I highly recommend them.

South Coast Builders were excellent, in particular Luke who supervised the felt replacement on the roof felt on our bungalow. The opertion ran like clockwork due to Luke's organisation of scaffolders, solar panel and gas engineers. Job was completed in three days including erection and removal of scaffolding.
