They turned up in the allotted time, polite, efficient. They said I had over paid them returning £20. Then came back to me again as they found a necklace that I had missed in one of the drawers As they had to break apart the wardrobe, which was messy, they borrowed my vacuum, picked up the large pieces and vacuumed the rest. I have used them twice before and will do again if needed
