Matt was excellent, both communicative and very clear with the service and pricing. Work was undertaken in a timely way, including reporting, and the report was suitable for my needs. Matt is personable, punctual and does what he says he’ll do when he says he’ll do it. He fitted the batteries into an adjoining garage and came up with a very effective way of connecting them into the house with little disturbance. Everything worked first time. Matt took a look at our solar panel system and was able to diagnose the issue. Despite not being in a position to fix the system (it is an American system not very commonly used here), he was really helpful and knowledgeable and has given us a good idea of what we need to do next.
