  Reliable and Trustworthy Electrician

  I had a new consumer unit installed and electrical installation check carried out by Matt at South Coast Energy. The work was completed to a very high standard, with all work carried out neatly and efficiently. Everything was thoroughly tested, and I was provided with the relevant certification and paperwork on completion. I would highly recommend Matt and South Coast Energy to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy electrician. Excellent service from start to finish.

  Great service installing my new EV charger

  I am very happy with my new EV Charger (I went for the Ohme Pro). The installation process was smooth and efficient, and my preferences were discussed. Extremely good value too given the time it took. Matt has done a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend him for anything solar, battery or EV-related.

  Install GivEnergy EV charging point

  Matt had previously installed our solar and battery system. He did such a fantastic job that we got him back in to install an EV charger. He talked us through our options. We decided to go with the simple option of installing an EV charger from GivEnergy as that's what the solar/battery runs on. Matt is helpful, cares about the quality of work and is very professional, I can't recommend him enough.

  Solar Battery Storage

  Excellent, and practical Electician

  In Dec.2025, I had a battery installation by Matt from South Coast Energy to augment my Solar panels set-up. This was at least the 3rd, if not 4th time Matt has helped me , and the whole job from consideration through planning to fitting into a much modified old cottage, was carried out in his customary careful and considerate manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this very delightful, professional, and practical electrician.
