• I had 2 or 3 guttering joints that needed fixing. I also had the flat roof on my porch replaced.

  I guttering joint they couldn't get off to replace because the screws had corroded. So the rubber seals were replaced instead. The joint piece to the back of my property was replaced with a new plastic joint. It has been installed so that it is lower than the fall of the guttering, forms a pool when it rains, and causes a deluge of an overflow. I was initially told I had a broken tile. This turned out to be vented ridge tile like every other roof on my estate. Like one of your other reviewers, I was told that the guttering and fascia would be cleaned. That didn't happen.

  Arrived on day specified despite bad weather. Did the work and left. Didn’t clean the fascia panel under front gutter as said would be done but not really an issue as that would have been a goodwill gesture.

  South Coast Roofers attended the property within days of my enquiry and quickly and efficiently came back with a quote. They repaired broken tiles on the roof. Repointed where necessary. Repaired and replaced a lead tray which had caused dampness in the property. Removed mould and treated it. Painted afterwards and even did extra painting with no extra charge! I was kept informed at every stage and sent photos of the work carried out. I will be recommending South Coast Roofers to anyone I know who requires their services. I am more than pleased and impressed!

  On the whole I was happy with the job that was carried out .They fixed the leak on my plastic roof with a new flash seal .The guttering was sorted .The communication could have been better and mannerism.. Some discrepancy about the shared downpipe with my neighbours as we are in a mid terraced.I would advise anyone if in a mid terraced Just check your deeds and downpipes with neighbours.And a emailed quote.and receipt of work carried out .Room for improvement
