4 new locks with a master key
Bought new house. wanted to change the locks, new home has 4 locks, carrying 4 keys and sorting through them to get in was irritating. After searching for a locksmith that could supply me with locks with locks with keys but a master keys that would fit all locks looked expensive. That was till I found this place. We Live in County Durham 300 miles from these guys. Emailed them. Spoke to Matt . He suggested engraving keys. So now we have keys engraved F for front, P for Patio , G for garage and M for master. Can't fault Service or price. You'll struggle to find cheaper.

Broken window hinge
Turned up in the window of time given. Very pleasant, just got on with the job and was finished in under an hour despite having to take the glass out of the window. Will use again.

Great job - £200 cheaper than another local window repair company I use
They put new glass in four panes, the originals of which were blown (water inside), and replace the rubber sealing where necessary. The price came up £200 cheaper (for the same type of top end glass) than another local window repair company who I often use. I was recommended these guys by an estate agent in Newhaven. They have been very pleasant to deal with, and my tenant has had no problem either and seems pleased with the job. Will use again

Composite Front Doors Repair

New door lock mechanism
Tom came and renewed my front door lock mechanism which had stopped working. He even managed to fabricate a part needed. Tom was very professional and I will certainly use him again.
