They reviewed everything with me, suggested ideas I hadn't considered, and provided a prompt quote and honest timeline. They kept me updated on any delays, snags, or additional suggestions, always left the area clean and tidy, and completed the work to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the work, which was done with care, to ensure a successful result. Chris always kept us well informed as to progress and when he would be on site. The removal of the bath and replacement with a shower tray, white tiles and glass shower panel looks really neat and works well. I am delighted that Chris could fit this work in reasonably quickly so my mother could use her shower again.

Joe and Chris have done a few jobs for me over the years - new boiler, tap replacements, and regular boiler services. They are punctual, professional, tidy, polite and always keep me informed if plans need to change, or if some unknown crops up with a job. Their work is of a very high standard, in short they are the only company I call if I need any plumbing or heating work done.
