  This wasn't a straightforward job, but the issue was thoroughly diagnosed, and clear advice and options were provided. The team went out of their way to source the necessary parts and gave accurate estimates on the time required. We received regular updates at every stage, including when the parts were dispatched and when they would be fitted. We were genuinely impressed with the level of service throughout.
