  Removal of kitchen floor tiles, leveling and re tiling

  Tony did an amazing job redoing our kitchen floor. He removed all the old tiles, levelled the floor and laid beautiful stone-effect porcelain tiles. The finish is stunning and everyone who visits comments on how great they look. He was always on time, hardworking, professional and went the extra mile throughout, making sure everything was finished to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and he really listened to what we wanted. On top of that, he’s a lovely guy and a pleasure to have around. We were so impressed we’ve already asked him back to tile our downstairs toilet too.

  Great experience with Yoni

  From contacting Toni to the work being completed by him it was a really good experience. The thing that really stood out was his commitment and flexibility to get the work done as part of an overall kitchen project and the good communication. When they were problems he found a solution through the work undertaken or his scheduling so the work could be completed. The final floor is excellent, the price sensible and I’ll use Toni again should I need tiling.

  Re-grouting of shower stall

  Tony did an excellent job. He quickly identified there was an additional problem where water had got behind one of the tiles. We rebooked for a week later when he completed the entire job.

  Initially a good job-tiles all need replacing-says he is going to turn up and replace…does not turn up…not worth the money

  I tiled both the existing floor and the new extension area (where screed and underfloor heating were pre-existing conditions not installed myself). The issue was isolated to the new area only. The customer acknowledged the issue was not my responsibility, agreed to my proposed solution, and even offered additional payment to rectify the situation the second time around. We have messages on file to prove this conversation took place. We visited the property and replaced four tiles for free.

  Didn't turn up or respond to messages after he postponed appointment

  Tony did a reasonable job on the first task, though there were some snags I wanted to sort out during the second job. However, after cancelling the agreed day due to illness, he proposed a different day but then failed to respond to messages. Having got the kitchen ready for him twice I now have to find someone else to do the job.
