Rang this company and left a message. No response at all so rang again a day or two later and no-one was in the office. Finally, someone rang me back, having noticed my attempt to contact them A pick up was arranged for Thursday17 April for approximately 4pm at no charge as it counted as scrap iron. I was going to my daughter's place overnight and explained that I could not wait much beyond this time but would leave the items in front of my garage which adjoins the house. When I returned the next day, the items were still there and there was no phone message to explain why. I am an OAP.

Im so glad I chose Southdown waste management. Not only because they provided a reasonable quote but also because they did a great job with the collection. Lovely guys. Highly recommended.

My mother passed away recently and we had some items of furniture to clear from her house. Gregory answered my query promptly, turned up on time, gave a reasonable quote and booked the job in at a time to suit us. He was very pleasant and respectful throughout and he and his colleague Jason were very quick, efficient and made no mess. I would use them again without hesitation.

They cleared it all pretty quickly and didn't make a mess as they walked through the building. A couple of polite friendly people
