  ‘Shell only’ loft conversion

  Fantastic from start to finish! Extremely happy with the finished product. David has been great right from the beginning - always on hand to speak and has kept us updated on progress throughout. Very competitive price and the service and finish has been second to none! We have a young family and all of the team were always incredibly considerate, thoughtful and tidy. Incredibly pleased!

  New dormer added to existing Velux conversion

  David and the team were fantastic, reliable and organised from start to finish. The whole team took real pride in their work and the end result is excellent, doubling the space of the original conversion - we've already had so many compliments on it. Communication was always good with David keeping us updated via text, showing us around the site, letting us know what was coming up next and always quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend South East Lofts Ltd.

  Staircase Installation

  Dave from start to finish was a professional his attention to detail and perfection was on point . We had a bespoke Wooden and glass staircase fitted by Dave that was no easy work but he got the job well and looks amazing .

  New loft installed & small back extension

  I recently had the pleasure of working with South East Lofts Limited and David on a loft conversion project at my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.   Hip to gable loft conversion plus home renovation

  We had David and Jamie doing our work was surprised how quick and professional they were no problems they done all the building work from outside our house and cut out for the stairs last to minimise home disruptions. Very good company you won’t be disappointed

  New roof structure tiled and lead work

  I had a fantastic experience with this company’ building my porch roof on time kept to the price even though unforeseen issues gave us a few problems that got solved at no extra cost to me by east lofts limited I’ve got a little OCD with straight lines but everything was perfect the Timber work was spot on and the tiling was fantastic and so was the lead work I highly recommend this company.
