Flat roof with a fixed glass window
My flat roof fitted with a fixed glass window was fitted in March 2022, and at the time I. was more than impressed with the job well done and Richard gave me an impression of an honest, reliable and trustworthy person as he also gave me a warranty of 25 years against Labour defects. Recently I needed to contact Richard to fix rubber sealant that had become loose. Richard agreed to honour his warranty and promised me to come and fix it. I have since made numerous calls and sent messages to him and every time he promised to come and repair the loose rubber sealant. Concrete Bay window roof made watertight
A large shout out to the guys at Southeast Roofers. They arrived on time, all work was carried out in a timely manor and the results are excellent. Such a good job. The give you a good price for the work (unlike some companies), tided up after themselves and where very pleasant to deal with. They kept me informed if I asked any questions about the process. Roof storm damage missing tiles
Richard and his team did an amazing job at replacing missing tiles that blew off in a recent storm. He was able to match the colour of the existing Marley tiles exactly and even retrieve a loose tile that got stuck in the guttering. Storm repair to roof
During a recent storm my roof suffered some damage and needed repairing, Richard replied to my request on here very quickly and within a couple of hours had turned up to assess the damage. A quote was provided a few hours after that and once I accepted the scaffolding team were here the same morning, I'm in shock at how fast things got done! Richard and his team really went above and beyond, there was extra bits to do and they made sure to source everything quickly and kept me updated really well. Refurbishment of Chimney Stack.
