He had a great understanding of the problem with the roof, and the pros-and-cins of a couple of the options were discussed. Fixed price job. Arranged to be done a few days after the quote, he arrived on time and finished the job on time. Fully cleared-up with no left-over mess. Very tidy job.

I found South East Roofing Solutions on Check a trade after I came home to find part of my guttering had blown down . He responded within 20 mins and came the next morning. My guttering was warped and broken and he replaced to lot and disposed of the old stuff. Really nice guy and reasonably priced for a next day service and what looks to be a better job than the original. I will use again if needed and I recommend .

A gutter T-piece clip had broken. I bought a T-piece from B and Q and asked for it to be fitted. It was explained to me that the part was too small and a deep-flow part was required. He then bought a part from B and Q which was also too small (I only saw one size) and did a lot of cutting and drilling and gluing to fit the wrong part. It has stopped the leak but with several other hardware stores just up the road, it's disappointing that no attempt was made to get the right part or to forewarn me that he was going to fit the wrong part. Apart from that he was polite and did the work promptly.
