Septic tank empty.
From the initial phone call the customer service was superb. Went out of there way to be helpful with times etc. The driver arrived as agreed what a polite helpful gentleman. Old garden well emptied of sewage
Tanker arrived 30 minutes early. Job entailed running a large pipe through our terraced house and into the back garden. This was too tricky for one man to do alone without damaging the hallway. I offered to help. But I am nearly 70 and although strong I could hardly keep up with the speed he pulled the pipe, and when asked to carry 2 pipes on the way back, I had to decline. Septic Tank Emptied.
Fantastic! Arrived at 10.15 and for a “mid-morning slot” I think that it pretty good! Richard couldn't have been more helpful. He knew his stuff, revealing another chamber we had forgotten about because the manhole cover was hidden under weeds. He ‘did the job’ and explained all about our system. A really nice guy who worked efficiently – nothing was too much trouble. Empty our septic tank
Called Sam on Saturday for urgent empty as neighbour reported no noise from pump and stronger then normal other than usually so asked Sam to come ASAP he came on Monday leaving tank empty and my pump running again,fantastic service highly recommended.
