Dean came out very quickly to look at our problem area and identified the issue. He gave us a very prompt quote, with which we were very happy. Keiran and Ryan came and did the work of replacing the coping stones and were very tidy and efficient, the work being done to a very high standard. Very pain-free from start to finish with excellent communication throughout. After returning from holiday to a damp mess following heavy rainfall, Dean and his amazing team arrived at every appointment, from intro to job completion on time, with a plan, and treat our house with the upmost respect. Unbeknown to them they had a highly stressed client going through cancer treatment! FROM THE OUTSET FROM THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO INSPECT THE WORKS AND THE OPERATIVE WHO CARRIED OUT THE WORK, THEIR FIEST THOUGHT WAS FOR US THE CUSTOMER, THE QUOTE WAS DISCUSSED, WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE, TIME SCALE RELATING TO THE WORKS, THE LADY ON THE END OF THE PHONE WHO I SPOKE TO WAS HELPFUL, THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK ANSWERD ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD, SAFEY WAS GOOD. WE HAD TO HAVE WORK CARREID OUT IN AN OUTSIDE SHED AT THE SAME TIME AND THAT THERE WOULD BE A TIME SCALE WHEN IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR ANY ONE PERSON OR ANIMAL TO ENTER. Trustworthiness goes such a long way in this trade- South East Timber and Damp were straight talking and explained things in a way I could understand. Unlike the other 5/6 professionals we had in to sort this problem, Dean knew what would sort our damp straight away and also gave advice to avoid future mould problems. Dean and his team were fantastic and treated our home with respect and left everything very tidy throughout the works. The technicians were great too.
