We have been customers of Southern & Western for several years and have always been delighted by the quality of the service provided. The most recent episode took place the Sunday before Spring bank holiday, when we discovered that the one W.C in the house was not flushing and we were expecting guests later that day. On the off-chance we called Gary. He promptly arrived and fixed the problem at an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Gary has completed annual servicing of our gas boiler for the last 2 years and we have found him excellent, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. We recently needed a dripping tap to be replaced and he was able to do so very quickly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Southern and Western Heating.

Absolutely fantastic - Gary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Clear communication setting up the job, up front about timing. When he did arrive to do the job I had complete confidence in the work being carried out to a high standard. What was even better is at the end Gary took me through everything in perfect detail to ensure I had all the information. Gary was exceptionally punctual and professional from the moment he arrived. He carried out a full service on my boiler and, impressively, identified an issue with the incoming gas supply — something no other plumber has spotted in the four years I’ve been having it serviced by the same company. His attention to detail genuinely sets him apart. On top of the service, he also fixed a leaking boiler pipe and swapped out a bathroom tap for me, all done neatly and without any fuss. Gary arrived very promptly and completed the job very efficiently. He was extremely courteous and talked me exactly through the job, explaining the various steps. The boiler was serviced and he quickly remedied the problem with the heated towel rail which now works perfectly. I could not fault his work, his general manner, his communication or his efficiency.
